Hey people did you know majority of the fishes you comsume daily, weekly or routinely contains lead, arsenic, antimony and the dangerous part is the MERCURY! and sooner or later its gonna kill u..it is possible to cause birth defects, liver damage, cancer and other serious health problems..
Oh and adding, those health pills we take, those fish oil capsules, contains a high level of lead, mercury, arsenic and antimony.(not all brands but most of the brands do)
All forms of mercury are toxic to humans, and it can damage the brain and the nervous system!! and also other organs of our body which has been harmed de to the exposure of mercury
BUT dont be so worried yet, there are some possible ways to take out the mecury of the fishes we comsume..not fully, but it can be taken out of the fish..just do not buy those older fishes, get the younger ones, take out their fats, because that is where the mecury is in..not all fishes have em, those fishes who feed on insects have a lesser percentage of mercury or toxics in them.
this is not a recent news..but it should be something we are to be worried about, because pharmacies arent doing anything about it and neither are the companies themselves.
so inform anybody, u know about this..it is not a joke!!

here is my 2 cents.

the number of times 'experts' have changed their minds on whether eggs are good or bad for you is staggering.

think about this - linda mccartney (the not so popular OTHER beatles chap's wife) was a strict vegan - and she died of cancer.
freekin heck. so much for justice.
till then - ill eat whatever i want. moderation i beleive, is the key.

I never notice fishes have mercuries.
i'm into fish anyway. hey, whatabout fishbrains?
i never see those before. speakin bout fishbrains,
i do have problems doin fishbrain on ledges.

well the mercury is not really in the fish..it lays in teh fats of the fish..not sure about the fish brain..i never noticed it had one!! lol..
but seafood can cause fertility problems for both male n females..but some are genetically heridetry...

hey ppl have ya'll seen a jelly fish which is about an inch long??
and it is deadly!!
and i have realize that all venomous insects/ animals..will always paralyzed your body and ur diaphragm..and so u will die of respitory failure..
sucks eh!!
i can't remember the name of the tiny jelly fish..but u can fins it in FL, NSW, some parts of indonesia..it appears from no where, and it has a season when it appears..i think sometime around summer
i think it is ukarajane...
so scuba divers and snocklers beware!!
i am kinda afraid of scuba diving now!! after all these threatening things in the sea! lol

well u can say that..
but seasons change, so will science!
we never knew that fishes contained mercury, and how it all came about, thanks to us! polution!
i dont think back then, there are such things as mercury in fishes! or eating this or that can kill u! like kfc, its all junk we are eating..u think its chicken? hell nooo...
we never know how fast or slow our environment changes!
and i did not say if u eat fishes u'll die instantly!
prevention is always better than cure..and not all fishes are highly contained with mercury.

haha..well actually, the chickens in kfc is not a chicken if u get what i mean..
it has been genectically enginered..and now it has not FEATHERS!! it is more meaty..so more profit! and there are no beaks, n they are fed and bred in tubes!! yummy eh! haha
