i skated on and off since i was about 6, starting off with the old fischer price ones... then when i was 13 i got my first pair of aggressive skates.. my blue vert-x...
harry started when he was 8, on a pair of blue poppies...
people that start on blue skates are the best.

i started on my lil brothers skates dat was bought by my big bro in uk. first ramp jump... 13, first rail grind, 14... in between bcoming an inline skater, i did bmx freestyle, dirt jumps & mountain biking. said to me, i was lucky to hav somone, whom was the pioneer of bringing aggressive inline skating (called back then), in malaysia to malaysians. without him, we are no where near where we are right now. he holds my greatest appreciation to influenced me to where i am right now.
we are right now in the 3rd generation of skaters. the 1st gen, skaters skated as rebels. 2nd gen, unreal skaters starts to go. 3rd gen, new skaters with new passion arise. of all, the 3rd gen will uprise & bring skating to a different new level. da only question is, is da reason of skaters skating now, is with love, not fame?
everyone was once a beginner. but if u can soul grind a rail, & be a quitter when u hav a bad fall, u lost. but if u soul grind a curb & keep doing them for the next 10 years, then you are a skater, regardless of any other reasons.
i am ol skool.
