orthopedic?
do u mean chiropractor? i remember goin to a chiro once - cus i almost tore my knee ligament.
the fucker charged 80 per session. simple massage and cold compresses etc etc. did absolutely nothing.
i went to a chinese sinsei in Klang. and he solved the problem in one visit. by pokin tiny holes in my knee and draining the bad blood (??). sounds like mumbo jumbo - but it worked.

when it comes to skating and tricks - yea sure...mind over matter.
but when it hurts - it'll just damn hurt. tried ignoring injuries bfr - and it left me with infected wounds and persistent aches.
get your injuries sorted out as soon as possible. dont wait.

well - the needles were pretty fine and didnt go in that deeply.
didnt hurt that much.
the vacumn cup that they used to suck out the blood was kinda wierd.
but it felt much much better right after it was done. immediate relief

thats what im talking about man. how can something have imediate relief? im not talking about ignoring it, im talking about actually strongly believing something is going to work, and even though it may not, the thought and concentration alone heals it.

well - this isnt the dictionary definition - but it'll help you get what i mean. lets say we conducted an experiment. 2 subjects who both have the flu. for one subject we give them both dummy medicine pills (ie - its just plain powder or sugar= no medicinal value). But for subject A - we tell him that its the most potent flu medicine available. We tell subject B nothing. In some cases - Subject A will have a miraculous recovery and B will still be ill. Subject A thought that he was taking top notch flu pills and EXPECTED it to make him better. But in fact - he kinda healed himself. The capabilities of the human mind. ______________________________________ My explanation aint exactly gonna score you an 'A' - so to be safe read this www.epub.org.br/cm/n09/mente/placebo1_i.htm .
