(keats) i'm doin a little for TV3....some PR job where i find talents and sell ideas for shows...i'm currently trying to crop up ideas for a 1hour documentary but i'm lacking of resources for that. i'm also writing some articles for youthquake (NST)...im currently working on "it's hard to explain...all the hard times"
(miss *giggles* -aLEEsha) i was really happy to get my pay on wednesday thinking i could use that *Bling Bling* for s'pore...but that's not the point. the point was to accompany my grandma to s'pore but she had an accident on the same wednesday i got my pay...(fractured a couple of ribs and broken one). so i guess i would be coming down in the middle of september.
apart from all that - here's a little update from me...
1. my recent injury - pulled the left mussle behind my neck (in Kg Batu during the comp) which it's pain travelled down my sholder...ouchy...but recovering really quickly- might skate today after 3days of watching others skate.
2. Kg Batu skatepark is not officially open 'cause...
(a) doesn't have a name (lameness)
(b) the officials haven't signed some papers to be handed to some authorities (yeah...whatever)
(c) skatepark rules has not been set-up yet (uh...haaaa)
***just to get things clear, my source on this is Maris when i ran into him in Megamall yesterday.

hey keats...the comp was ok...george came in third in the seniors whereas harry came in second in the juniors... i got sixth and our hommie vince came in tenth... apart from that everything was cool (but it was blisterring hot during our four runs of the day). in brief - the inline qualifing event was posponed to the day of the finals 'cause it rained...thus the qualifiers were held the same day as the finals...it's all good.

bout the VCD yeng - its ok....hold on to it for me.
cus i got the VCR version with me - ha....see if u can burn the footage i sent u when u were in NZ onto VCD - and heck....any other decent video as well.

it is not officially open yet, but if 'we'wan't to skate it we as our fellow skater friend 'fariq' to request from the ministry to let us skate....cool uh?
i doubt there will be a fee once it's officially open.
