there's no any local inline mag. like the one for skateboarders "REVOLUTION"? maybe you guys should think about doing one. i'm sure it can bring out all the inliners in malaysia...but anyhow i'm sure that money would be the biggest problem..

yes it would be cool to have ur own magazine but it would e too costly to produce one. not only that, the rollerblading community is so small here. you will know everyone around. there are only about 150 rollerbladers in malaysia tops. and that includes sabah and sarawak. so to print about 250 magazines will be really costly....
heck there isnt a skateshop here that fully supplies goods to the kids whatmore a magazine. simple marketing, if there is no demand, why supply.
dont get me wrong aidid as I had try making one but it's just not worth it. well we are making a video right now planned to be out in December. after christmas before new years.

the prevalent atitude of "ill pinjam my friends so i wont have to buy one too" is also a real damper. but in the meantime - an online magazine would b the best option - but heck looking at our kjrollers.tripod.com site, you can see that we can't even find time to do that. what more a paper based magazine with monthly datelines.
also, i dont think revolution is a good example of a good mag. it WAS a good mag. but recently....blehhh. its more or less blurry pics, bad grammer, poor layout and ads for ringtones, horny chat services and shops that sell knockoff skatewear from taiwan.
korn - the 3 guys are singaporean rollerbladers. owners of 065clothing, frequent malaysian visitors, good friends of ours and deserve whatever support you can give them 065clothing.com

Hey guys, about the mag
i was thinking if we combine with S'pore and Brunei then it supposed to overcome the shortage of people..maybe, i dunno..
Its a wild suggestion anyway.. I'll be waiting for the mag
..can't wait for x-tour..

brunei and singapore? ahah yeah - good idea to add them in.
but unless someone is willing to put everythin on the line for this - ie - quit current job, and dedicate to this project.
online is where we'll stay.
on that note - any one who wants to pitch in for the website - graphic deisgners, photographers, writers, web designers, office boy.... enquire within!
