I'll agree that shit is mad hard, but my only issue is that - thats rodney mullen, inventor of the kickflip.
He INVENTED the kickflip, so obviously he's going to be good. Chris Haffey didnt invent the kindgrind, but hes doing fakie 720's into them, Ski didnt invent the 180 but hes doing them of 12 flat 12's, Mattieu Hiennemen didnt invent the backside royale, but hes doing them off 60 ft drop off ledges, these are just average rollers who have been on the scene for a few years if that.
As far as i know the only person that touches Rodney Mullen is Daewon Song, both been on the skateboarding scene for decades - so dont think thats your average skateboarder, thats an extreme exception.

yeah that's rodney mullen...he is a freestylers....freestyle used to known in the 80s and early 90's...In 87-89..there are plenty of malaysian freestyle skateboarders...the board i smuch smaller.... Rodney is a legend and he creates a lot of tricks that kids doing it today..he is so technical and king of balance...the dead of freestyle scene is becoz he won in every freestyle comp back then (but nobody complains it..it would be different in M'sia if the same person won in every comp).... but today, there's still lots of freestyle skateboaders playing in the street on the beach...even competition....

Yeah but he was a lousy businessman.
He's been through so many companies and the current company that he rides for is Almost which is owned by Dwindle Distribution (used to be owned by Steve Rocco)and which is further owned by Globe International an Australian company.
Had he own or operated his own company from the start he would had been one of the most successful skateboarder in the world.
