sadly boys and girls, Xgames mag - that enjoyed a pretty healthy run has gulung'd tikar. blame it on bad ad sales... but the mag was still one of the best the local scene has ever had. it truly supported grass root events/projects - no matter big and small. the current issue in the market - the one with Juhani Salo and the Harry Amos interview will be the last. so go out there and buy a piece of malaysian rollerblading history. The magazine was also gracious enough to give Wheel Love our big break and let us edit the inline skating section. Working on a skatemag has always been a dream of mine. thanks to Boy Papanburuk for the great opportunity and good times. But this doesnt mean its the end .... talks are going on for a resurrection, so keep your ears peeled. XGames magazine R.I.P.

Yeah..it shocked me after get back from Kuala Pilah (closed) skate comp on Saturday and also in KLCC..got this news from colleague on Sunday and i was quite suprised to hear it... I don't blame the boss or readers.... it's the Ads.... the company had spend lots of money for the mag with non-profit at all for the whole 6th issue at the moment..the sales for the 7th and 8th not yet.... well, nothing much i can say.... i'm still working with the company doin other mag (motorsports related). Still skating and still have hope and waiting for others opportunities... Just wanna say a BIG THANXXX to Sukeats, Wei Yeng, Sanjit, Edosh and the rest of KJrollers and Wheel love for all their help, support, work, efforts for X Games magazine. A countless zillion thanx from me..appreciate it alot.... credits should go to all the contributors who worked hard to maintain / support the local scene... All your contribution to the mag will never forget and appreciated..Let's give a big shout out and thanx to KJrollers and Wheel Love.... Wish i had the chance to do a Bon Voyage issue.... Also all the previous issue still can be obtain from us... Thanx to all for the support!!! See ya soon...

Papan is always busy about other peoples businesses that in his own backyard this is happening quite sad
I knew long that the boss is fxxkup
Someone who have no senses
And an absurd termination
I hope Wheel Love will take over the functions quickly
OR a quick recsurection of X-Games

yea. too bad nobody will pay for it. they'd just buy one and share among 20 skaters.
and ..theres surely not enough skaters to warrant producing one.

Thanks to you too Chinamen for providing infos and news about local events and comp.....but sadly people didn't know who u are and curious who were they thank to.....but u know who u r and i'm appreciate for your support and comments.... I did warned you in another forum that to stay in business you got to go after the BIG GUNS!! Because it is these BIG GUNS that keeps you in business but somehow something wrong someway And why I think your boss is a nuthead is because he is taking the shortest short cut out Shuting down a good mag (we do appreciate all your efforts you know) isn't going to solve your boss problems The way I see it or what it means in the real world the advertising manager should be the one that should get the sack But that's okay I am not here to teach you how to run your boss business Since you had taken a decision let's look on a brighter side This goes to show all the Kjrollereans that to keep Kjrollers in business you got to give your 100% support to Kjrollers otherwise if it ended up like X-Games how? From today I hope you will buy a cap or the Mizous or a Kjrollers t-shirts or anything else that they do. Keep supporting Kjrollers by posting here on a regular basis and or buy some stickers from Yang (even though they are free) buy them and spread the messages When I hear Sukeats said bladders only buy one mag and share among 20 persons or George said bladders expact everything done for them MY HEART ACHE FOR KJROLLERS And Papan we still friends sometimes my comments a bit critical but fair comments no harm

Well the stIckers works as an advertising so there isn't reaLLy a need to charge. as long as they are happy when they get one, that Is All the greatness in the world i feel and they are helping in advertising the brand naMe.
just don't go slap a n1ke/ reeb0k/ fc-you-k/ sticker on yourself and be a free advertising for these companies for not only you are not paid to advertise for them, you are they media dummy.

im a realist. and learnt it the hard way. less than half the skaters in malaysia bought This Video Is, even though their own faces were in it. how they got their copies? well....burn baby burn. but i dont blame them. if i was in their position, i could very well end up doing the same thing. after all RM15 is money. and money doesnt come easily. but hey - we'd like to think we're doing a job good enough for you to part with your well earned cash. to those who've been supporting us since day one. buying the original. even buying our less than perfect wares. i salute you, thanks for keeping this train going. for those who have yet to buy something produced by local skaters who are giving back into your local scene, i hope you start soon support KJROLLERS, Wheel Love, Climax, Devise, Devilistic, Bootsoldjas, Sigma, 065Clothing, 3X Magazine, Xgames mag R.I.P., the boys of Interactive X, IconX, Gencos, cool element, Rupert Rage, Go Sports and all the other local homegrown brands holding it down for the local scene.

Love them!
p/s: yes this is all nearly propaganda/advertising brainwash. hehehe
