SMP "Shanghai Showdown" Skatepark

Opening this coming October...the park takes up 12, 000 sq meter, which surpass in areas the current largest local theme park in America..located North east part of Shanghai known as New Jiangwan City..

Designed by an old Aussie skateboarder who had been in the extreme sports field for 30 years and had been experience building parks for 10 years.

i woner which one..but check what he said at the website..go to media and click the 2nd news press...

ops..my mistake..it says "In Simon's opinion, Malaysia national skatepark is a quite good one.
"But this park of Shanghai is definitely the most impressive one". Simon recollected that he was amazed when he first heard about this project

hmm - - so the putrajaya challenge park is still on huh.

geezz - if you read their 'rationale' - it seems like their more intrested in how the spectator seating and reception area would look like - rather than the skatepark itself.
