man, i dont mean to go off on you or anything, but seriously; look around you man, the industry is dying basically, and you want to negotiate on a pair of fucking alphas? why dont you just save up a bit of money and buy something from your local skateshop CE, or if they dont have the skate you want, buy something online.
If the Kajang kids can do it you can too.
I'm tired of all this 'fuck that kid cos hes got a hot new setup' bullshit, because chances are, those same cunts are gonna be chatting away about how you should support the industry and how we should all listen to arlo and stop buying nokia products and stuff.
I mean, sure some people have valid excuses for why they cant get new setups, but chances are most people dont.
Maybe kids dont realise it, but by buying and selling second hand stuff your strangling the industry. I'm not saying i dont do it, i mean ive been guilty of it in the past, but its been a VERY long time since ive sold something second hand that wasnt BRAND NEW.
But whatever, i hope someone can sort you out with some alphas.

and that person with the alpha help is .... ME! but seriously george - not everyone can buy brand new RM800 skates, for some even 'saving up' isnt easy. Just because you can buy 2-3 skates a year doesnt mean everyone else can. The way i look at it - so what if u use second hand stuff? so long as you bought it at a decent price... its all cool. You are supporting your industry just by skating. Having more skaters on the street would in turn attract more... you get my drift. and just because you dont buy a new boot doesnt mean you dont pump money into the industry - theres always the aftermarket industry - frames, wheels, bearings, liners etc so yea - on that note - i have spare TRS parts - soul plates, liners, grind inserts skins etc for size 10 . let me know if i can help you. peace george |

Obviously i understand that most people cant afford 2-3 new pairs of skates a year, but most people can afford to buy a new pair once every year or 18 months.
That works out to about RM10 a week saving -
And although i do know what you mean about just by skating blah blah, but the fact is - a lot of newbie's who get started buy second hand skates, and quit before they ever buy a real pair, and that doesnt help the industry at all.
All i was trying to say is that - if your spending 400+ on a pair of seconde hand skates, maybe you should try and get two more RM50 notes and buy from CE.

well - second hand pairs shouldnt go for rm400- - not unless they pretty brand new anyway.
BUT - let me put it this way - if a newbie buys a second hand skate. the original skate owner then gets enough money to buy a brand new skate.
at the end of the day - its the same - "one new pair of skates is bought"

i got spare grind inserts, midsouls, liner and frames...for size10.
heck - i might just sell off my alphas to buy new skates

i just want TRS Alpha boot only...don't care about condition..most important is..i can roll it..i got already ufs frame..sukeats..can you keep that stuff for me??just in case for spare parts.. now i'm in penang..maybe at the end of this march i'm back to kl..i still need your help to search for me TRS Alpha size 10...

Second hand skate is cheap you can throw them away anytime, well first hand skate you will always appreciate it even thru you scratch it also felt *SAYANG NIA*!~
