Hey Guys,

I'm very disspointed today. Haih...

Went to look for blades in both Cool Element and Skateline today.

I went to Skateline first. Saw ranges of K2. Very interesting. But unfortunately, they only cater size 9, the biggest.

Went to Cool Element, next. Another unfortunate event, the shop is close, so I called the number of one of the guy. It seems that the staff went for holiday.

I asked about USD, he said that they only carry skateboard deck now. No more USD, well that what he said. Another bad luck.

Went back to Skateline, enquiring about Taman Tun outlet. That outlet also carry size 9. While I was there, I saw Ben Weiss series and Yasutoko brother's blades, felt it in my arms....felt good, so good but again only size 9 the biggest that they have.

I'm size 11 by the way. Very sad...Haih....

Now, my options are to buy a 2nd hand blades with mint condition. But I still prefer to get a brand new ones.

Next option, to buy online. So if you have a good and reliable website, do inform me.

Another option, if you know any other shops in vicinity of KL, Subang or Klang Valley which carries size 11 and USD, inform me too.

And yeah, the guy at Skateline mentioned about the skate shop in Bangsar opposite maybank or something. Did any of you have the number or website? I will also look around the net for the website if any.

That's it for now. Out of ideas already. Feel free to share your ideas of what I can do next.

Oh yeah,

I'm aware that other members are selling their used blades.

But at the moment I would prefer to get a brand new blade first.

er ok. last i heard Cool Element had a sz11 Razors Genesys5...but its strange that Ricky would say that they are out of blades. if its not too much trouble, you might wanna drop by their shop again (call to check if they're open before going).

as for buying online - these are the two shops i frequent - www.inlinewarehouse.com and www.aggressivemall.com - both accept orders from malaysia (you'd be surprised that many dont) and have a decent range of skates.

check out aggressivemall first - right now they're having a back to school promo with 10% off all orders. and of course - theres the freeship US$11 discount they always give.

second hand skates - as you're aware there are a few sz11s floating around - no harm testing them out. they might be in better condition than you think.

And the guy I called was Nizam. Not Ricky. But anyhow, I will still look around for the blades.

used for 2 months...
rarely do grinds tricks....cos i don like how the sk8 feels when its on my feet...
