It all comes down to practice.I know cos' I'm not a naturally good skater. This may sound weird but I try and keep my expectations low so if I don't bust a trick its not so bad.But if you do u feel real good. Why don't you come and skate with me and my friends,I'm the only inliner in my group but its fun.Anyways if you push yourself too hard you might break something and can never skate again.

what ever "h-block" tricks ur doing, remember to STAY ON TOP of the ledge/rail. by getting ur gravity point in the centre, as early as possible, u can stick to the trick longer. try doing tricks on something low first. go in at an angle.not parallel to the obstacle. for me, easiest trick is bs farve/full tourqe. figure ur most comfortable going in a trick bs or fs. and for sure, royales,fs,bs,farve, unity, savnah, etc all needs higher sense of "balls", since "h-block" slides much faster then soul plates.
540 is simple. can u do 180? then 360? then 540. dont skip!! what u want to do is keep a mind set that u want to land fakie, not faward.while in the air tuck ur knees abit to gain more air time.again, u want to land fakie not foward.
