its all about preference, whether your gonna compromise grindspace for better rolling around, turning, speed and manuverbility and control.
most people who tend to skate street would turn towwards anti- so u can skate fat ledges, rails, and wierd stuff that you would normally see while skating street
vert-flat, no other way to go as youre trying to get air and speed to get into your next trick and u cant get hung up on coping, cmon, with that speed going into a grind on vert u will nver get stuck
park- flat and antirocker- um...really hard to decide but if u skate park 24/7 then go ahead use flat bcuz ur wheels will wear out, your speed into the ramps will be faster than anti, but anti will help when youre on square rails, ...it all depends on the surface as well. because if you skate anti at a park like xspeed sure no problems...but if u went to paramount of kg batu, u would slip and pump like crazy just to get across the park....
so its all up to you and what you're gonna compromize, control or grindspace, both can be made up for though....grindspace -jst get lower on ur boot - control, just get used to it after a while

hmmm guess you got it more or less covered there. good job explaining.
personally, ive tried both flat and anti - switched between the two many times - any i feel that anti feels best for me. the loss of speed and control is negligible - dont even feel that much different. heck look at yeng - he rides anti rocks and skates macam blurr.
i'm interested to know if the GC grind blocks or 5050 juicy blocks really work. imagine the kinds of grinds that will bring about!

hahahahaha me skate macam blurrrrr.....
it's all up to you....
for me, i prefer anti..... i tried flat but i keep getting stuck all over.... but when you get to a park, flat will always feel good but after a while when you have gotten used to anti, it wouldn't matter......
i say try both for about 2 weeks... see how it goes.... try both on street and also park....

well......even though it has a h-block doesnt mean it you cant use anti rockers.
to me it doesnt make it difference about the h block.
my advice - like everyone elses so far. try both setups, for about 1-2 weeks bfr you decide on the one that suits you.
