i wouldnt go, we'd most likely ask someone trustable in brunei to go to the spot for us.

because i dont think that it represents the true capabilities of the rollers involved. they might have a bad day or not like the obstacles or whatever. also, it wouldnt be a series if it was just one spot. i dont know about you but i get a little bored with that imyta style format, it would be good to have something new.

but like thats street skating you know sometimes ppl have a bad day and skate shit and sometimes we have to skate stuff we dont like but thats street i mean if u have ppl do videos then i think it takes the ambience and the experience of a real street comp that shows every level of ability .... represents all of skating... otherwise in my opinion it becomes like a street demo.... everyone should be allowed to skate

so what would be the difference between this and an IMYTA?
are you sure you guys arent just afraid of change?

change for the sake of change?
or because it would actually make things better?
i'd love to join in this conversation... but i'd rather do it offline.

how about a compromise.
instant qualification for the people that skate the stunts set out beforehand.
anyone else who wants to compete has to pay RM5 entrance fee and skate in the knockout IMYTA style ledge session.

so that we dont have a competition full of malaysia's best ledge skaters... so people who arent switchup masters, but are still fantastic rollerbladers can still shine through.

well alls i know is the qualifier spot cant be a forty foot drop rail. there wouldnt be enough skaters in the finals to make it interesting.
and if your gonna suggest something, polease do, the open ended questions are doing my head in.
i mean "who says it has to be held on a ledge"?! what are you trying to say?
