Hey guyz..
I just wanna share with all of ya sumthin regards our knees and other part of our bodies.
been skating quite a while and from the beginning of days and still lovin it till now..fact im gonna roll this eve at Mt Kiara or my rail..feel free to join me for a battle sess..aitz..
Those days doing huge gaps, spins taken the fall and i even popped out my knee once and and suffered a torn ankle ligamen inner and outer and it took me out of sk8in for about a year.
The thing is i never take good care of myself back in the days like taking proper calcium shit or some suplement to replace back the parts that im losing. Proper rest if got injuries and still pushing the limits. Its fun but now as age is catching up the pain is unbarebale sumtimes mostly when it rains.
And the worst part is i dont have the power to jump high for my grinds. The knee cant take the presure no more = no fun.
But i still roll to the capability that i can cuz i simply luv it and thats is why i choose this rolling religious ..
Now im on supplement organic vits to build back the gel in my knees and have to take pain killer before and after every session.
and ofcourse knee gaskets and bandage to hold the knee in place..
The moral of the story is take good care of your body if you chose this line and treat yourself like you wanna roll forever. Prevention is better then cure..

I will go for any other methods to heal if you have any and you dont have any idea how it feels like to loose your knees..
