you are thinking way too hard.
most people have 1 dominant foot/leg. some might say left handers have stronger left legs, and vice versa for right handed people. but thats probably not true. its up to you to find your stronger leg.
the stronger leg will be the leg that takes on most of the weight while grinding. ie if you're doin a soul, your stronger leg will will be the 'soul' leg. likewise for royale. they are soul and royale legs are usually the same ones. though you might find people with different soul/royale/frontside legs.
its really up to you to find your own 'stronger leg'. if you're just started grinding - try practicing with both legs...see which one feels more comfortable. chances are the comfortable leg is the stronger one.
