a year already..the contract was one year since August last year...they closed becoz the management of UDA Holding raise the rent and yet then Climax get a chepaer rent at it's hometown...the next Climax shop will be open at the Youth Park in Penang...

their sale was good...it just that the new contract have raise the rent up to 40%....next year petrol raise again and sure the rent raise more...

no lah - i think Climax did a great job here in kl. Together with Cool element they did a whole lot more than all the 'other' skateshops in Malaysia have ever done.

Climax KL tutup and move to Penang Skatepark
Climax KL akan ditutup pada penghujung Ogos ini berikutan kontrak yang telah tamat dan sewa yang akan dinaikkan. Maka pihak kami akan bertukar ke lokasi baru iaitu di Taman Belia Skatepark di Pulau Pinang. Thanks for all the support.
