Well..it has been confirm...see what Pa'Din wrote at his website : www.sk8climax.com/main/main.htm"Well, we've been informed with this infos a month ago by our good friends at ESPNSTAR. But before that it's only rumors so we don't want to expose it yet. Luckily, we been meeting with someone directly involved with the event and finally the infos got together. The infamous AXG 2006 will be held in Kuala Lumpur on 12th-14th May 2006. A short period rite? Anyway, at least we have the AXG and the venue will be inform later at this website. Probably, Stadium Negara or Sunway Lagoon. The Bukit Jalil is fully booked during the time period so don't expect to have it there. Some changes with the event coordination also according to the source. This time the AXG will be more like the Warp Tour, Live music and extreme games event together in one area. This means all the obstacles with be place together in one site including the wall climbing, Moto X demo ramp, street course and the concert stage. Also this time they will shoot it live on ESPN and TV3. The categories also will be change. The organizer maybe will drop some category such as BMX vert and some more and will add another categories like Speed Climbing and Skateboard Best Tricks. The course also will be changed from full park course to real street course with some park elements. So, plan your holiday and be there to enjoy the exitement. Damn, i write in English." |

there'll probably be a 'national qualifiers' before the asian x games in kl - to select skaters to represent Malaysia.
