All im gonna say is that if boy, joe and kieran arent down with revolution mag. im not either. i havent bought a copy since i bought the first ever trial issue, and the last time i saw it on the shelves it had a punisher promo on the front and a 6 page pread dedicated to clothing. thats not skateboarding and it sure as hell isnt rollerblading. so fuck it.

IAN'S SPEECH Dear all supporters of skateboarding,
This is Ian Johan Ariff, the man who used to work at The Skateboarding Revolution Magazine or known as Revolution or Revo Mag. This is about the statement and news that I got fired from Revo mag as chief editor. There's a few things I would like to clear here.
Was I really fired? First of all, I would like to ask? How the hell do I get fired or sacked from a company that I didn't work for the past 4 months?
Did you guys really think I'm on a holiday trying to find new ideas for Revo Mag? No way! I already call it a quit.
And why do you ask me? It's simple, Urban Revolution Publication have no budget or the money to pay the staff or me at Revolution and Dragon Magazine. What do you expect? The Revolution means nothing for skateboarding, the only revolution that exists is to make the owner of the magazine get some easy money from new skaters and pay them off to study in the USA or whatever they want to do with the money.
They lied to me about how much money they make when they are suppose to friends, but it's okay with me, it's their business strategy but when they write something wrong, it's not their rights anymore.
'm disappointed and want to start a war, but I got a very good advise from my friends that I should not to start a war. I do my ways and want to start a fair, healthy competition in the skateboarding business; until they wrote something that is wrong about me.
Yes, I'm planning to start a new magazine, video magazine and even a TV program since I am now working in a production company, but it was never for the intention of destroying other business, but just another healthy business that supports the real skaters of today.
Why should I work for a magazine that use people to make profits for them? Even Paul works somewhere else and Narul wants to start his own skate shop. They only need Revolution to promote themselves, coops, is that it? Who can resist a free publicity, promotion and glamour, I'm sure Janggoat can't.
Finally to all the shitworkers at revolution related company, the welfare writers especially, good luck on telling how good you are. People at FYI wake up and see what's going on around the magazine you work on.
Stop the bullshit and the crap you write and fill in your magazine and start doing something right, like investing for the success of the skateboarding and extreme sports scene.
Oh just one more, thing, did you get the things you order from Uncle Adlie's and Vandal Project stuff that you order cash from the old Shah Alam Revolution's address? If you don't, tell me about it. Oh yeah, where's all the money from the envelope of people that ordered Terran 52's tape? My advice, stop ordering from them.
For those who want to know more, especially the good readers of Revolution, if you want prove about all the things I wrote here and just want to be friends, please e-mail vandalproject@yahoo.com. Please submit your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address if you want to get a reply. If you don't, I won't reply.
Support the true, righteous mission of skateboarding.

ayo tak habis lagi ke? chinaman, revolution doesnt even print 10,000 copies months. their bank accounts will prove so. you can make fake paperworks, fake IDS, receipts, but you cant fake bank statement.
its not being famous here, its about down for the cause. well if in janggoats case, yes thats for his fame, he needs to say he is better than others la.
in your case, c'mon la chinaman, you know who you are. all you need to know you're great guy who supports this site.
i dont know what to say. hot topic ke ni? like Mahathir's said "Dah lama dah..."

See the moment I write everyone want to read this topic again this topic like rojak now with a mix of everything. Chap! Chap! Chap! just like Cha Kew Tew!! Honestly Ian if you read this topic from the front to the end you will know I support your course too. You know it ain't cool at all for Revolution to be ripping off the skaters by using stories from the internet or get some news from somebody and claim credit for it. (I know I know....Punisher, Spiderman, Teh Terik Crew what else? ) That ain't cool at all and don't worry Ian WE ALL KNOW about Revolution and their tricks. It's stale news now. I'll tell you what this is what you can do for the skateboarders in Malaysia. Up a website like this one by Kjrollers so that skateboarders can have a site of their own where they can post their news, comments, news about competitions, about new skate spots, new skateparks, or just about anything related with skateboardings and then skateboarders will then truly worship you as their GODZ just as we now worships our Kjroller Godz. (That means you Su and Yang) Remember now you are only TOMPANG glamour. Since you are now in the media (Internet, TV whatever you call it) Why not? When you have an alternative site to offer skateboarders skateboarders will turn to you and will think less of the mag that rip them off. When they post messages on the site everyone will then know about it so how can you then rip off the skateboarders. Look at Kjrollers just you try and trick anyone here.....Shamz and you get bruised. Don't believe just look at "sucker"
